Material offset info is changed during world gen and stored in save files. This leads to more varied color patterns on the terrain

The color settings are now not a longer dropdown menu. Instead, they are text fields where you can put in any hex color value
Buildings now change to green and red during Christmas and Christmas Eve. They also turn orange and black on Halloween
