IRON GUARD: Salvation changes
We are happy to announce that the first patch for the Steam version is now live. It includes the following changes:
Fixes
Fixed mismatched VR controller positions in SteamVR, including backward offset on the drone relative to the in-game controllers.
Fixed disappearing beam effects on Corruptors.
Adjusted incorrect drone offset when switching hands and relative to the surrounding UI.
Fixed rare issue where a released barrel stayed floating in the air.
Charged drone shot now always turns a barrel into a mine first, and only the second shot detonates it.
Corrosion Bomb now properly damages shielded enemies.
Fixed missing click and hover UI sounds.
Added health bars above minerals when they take damage.
Fixed the “Demo” message that was incorrectly appearing after Level 30 in the release build. The correct final end-game cutscene is now played instead.
Improvements
Added the ability to switch the drone between left and right hand via double-click on GRIP.
Added a 3-second delay before pop-ups appear, as many players were closing them without reading important instructions and later didn’t understand how to play.
Improved resource-fund animation in Harvesting mode.
When the player doesn’t have enough resources to build a turret, the preview now highlights red on hover, not only after clicking.
General minor UI, audio, UX, and gameplay polish.
