Inwigo changes
We want Inwigo to remain a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone.
An in-game reporting system is currently in development. Until it is available, reports will need to be submitted manually through our official Discord server.
With Discord now available as an app on Meta Quest, players can access the server directly from their headset or use Discord on a phone or computer.
Step 1: Record the Player’s Name
Take a clear screenshot showing the player’s username.
Please make sure the name is fully visible and readable. This helps the team identify the correct account and prevents action from being taken against the wrong player.
Step 2: Collect Evidence
Gather evidence showing what happened and why you are reporting the player.
Evidence may include:
Screenshots
Video recordings
Audio recordings
Voice chat clips
Relevant messages or interactions
Where possible, make sure the evidence clearly shows the reported behavior and the player involved.
Step 3: Write Down the Details
Please include as much useful information as possible, such as:
The player’s username
The date and approximate time of the incident
What happened
Where it happened
Whether anyone else witnessed it
Any additional context that may help the team review the report
Keep the description factual and avoid exaggerating or insulting the player.
Step 4: Join the Official Inwigo Discord
Open Discord through your Meta Quest headset, phone, or computer and join the official Inwigo server.
🔗 Discord: https://discord.com/invite/jMJbjn3Mvv
Step 5: Open a Support Ticket
Go to the server’s ticket or support channel and create a new ticket.
Select the Player Report option.
Step 6: Submit Your Report
Inside the ticket, provide:
The reported player’s username
Your explanation of what happened
The date and approximate time
All screenshots, video, audio, or other evidence
Any other useful information
A member of the moderation or development team will review the report privately.
Step 7: Wait for the Team to Review It
Please do not publicly confront the reported player, encourage others to target them, or repeatedly submit the same report.
Reports are reviewed privately, and the team may not be able to share the outcome or any action taken against another player.
Important Reporting Guidelines
Only submit genuine reports supported by evidence.
False, misleading, or deliberately abusive reports may result in action being taken against the person submitting them.
Do not share another player’s personal information. Only provide information directly relevant to their behavior in Inwigo.
If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, leave the lobby and block the player through Meta’s available safety tools before submitting your report.
Thank you for helping us keep Inwigo safe and enjoyable while we work toward implementing a full in-game reporting system.
