MAIN FIXES
[Settings] Added a Mag Insert Assist option in Gameplay. Set to ‘No’ by default, using the new mag insertion mechanic. Setting it to ‘Yes’ switches back to the previous one.
[Weapons] Fixed an issue where the manual reloading animation could become misaligned when reloading while sprinting.
[Gear] Fixed an issue where players were incorrectly receiving a Security Level 4 patch upon reaching Security Level 5.
[Facility] Fixed an issue where items could become free in the Supply Depot after completing Mission 9 on certain beta saves.
[Missions] Fixed an issue where players could lose the UNPSC Certificate of Distinction awarded for supporting the game during its first year of Early Access after a save wipe.
[Audio] Fixed an issue where two magazines held in one hand could produce repeated collision sounds while moving.
[Audio] Fixed an issue where inserting or ejecting magazines triggered incorrect collision sounds.
[UI] Fixed an issue where the Shop Item Info on both Remington 700 variants were tilted.
[Other] Fixed an issue affecting the Teamwork achievement.
PERFORMANCE NOTICE
Using a 120 Hz or higher refresh rate will significantly reduce performance. For the best experience, we recommend 72 Hz on minimum settings and 90 Hz on recommended settings.
BETA SAVE TRANSFER NOTICE
If you played the 1.0 beta, the game will prompt you to transfer your save files on first launch. OneDrive may interfere with this process by restoring an empty Beta folder, causing the transfer prompt to repeat and potentially loading an empty save.
If you are using OneDrive:
Back up your beta saves from: C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\IntoTheRadius2-Beta
Pause or disable OneDrive. You can find instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/how-to-pause-and-resume-onedrive-sync-2152bfa4-a2a5-4d3a-ace8-92912fb4421e
Launch the 1.0 version and select “Yes” in the transfer pop-up.
After the transfer, make sure this folder is deleted: C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\IntoTheRadius2-Beta
If it still exists, delete it manually.
If your saves did not transfer:
Copy your backup saves to: C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\IntoTheRadius2
Delete the beta saves folder: C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\IntoTheRadius2-Beta
