"INORIGAMI HACK DOWN" Derivative Works and Streaming Guidelines

I am the game creator, Kazuhiro Tanaka. I wholeheartedly welcome players to create fan art, stream, and share gameplay videos!

While this is a story and world-driven horror adventure game, I want as many people as possible to experience this world.

Therefore, I permit the publishing and streaming of gameplay videos all the way to the ending. To the viewers who discover this game through streams or enjoy streamers' reactions: it would bring me the greatest joy if you picked up the game on Steam to experience the real gameplay for yourselves.

To ensure everyone can enjoy community activities with peace of mind, I have established the following guidelines. Please read them before starting your activities.

1. Regarding Gameplay Videos and Live Streaming

Streaming and video publishing up to the ending are fully permitted.

Consideration for Spoilers (Required)

To avoid ruining the experience for those who haven't played yet, please be sure to include a spoiler warning (e.g., "Spoilers Included") in the video title, thumbnail, or at the very beginning of your stream.

Regarding Monetization

Monetization using standard systems provided by video streaming platforms, such as YouTube's Super Chat or Partner Program, is permitted. However, selling the video itself or publishing it exclusively for paid members is prohibited.

2. Regarding Derivative Works (Fan Art, Fiction, etc.)

I warmly welcome derivative works created by you, such as illustrations, manga, fan fiction, and cosplay.

Prohibited Actions

• Ripping, modifying, or redistributing in-game assets (images, music, text, program code, etc.).

• Creating and publishing "digital games (interactive media such as PC, console, or smartphone apps)" using the world and settings of this game. (To prevent IP conflicts, please refrain from creating derivative works in the form of games.)

• Unauthorized use of the official logo, or any behavior, production, or sales that could mislead third parties into believing the work is "officially commissioned" or "official merchandise."

For Corporations and Businesses

The permissions granted in these guidelines apply to individuals and unincorporated groups (such as doujin circles). If you are a corporation, or if you wish to use the work for commercial purposes beyond a personal scale, please contact me separately through the inquiry form.

3. Regarding Content Segregation (Zoning)

Due to the nature of the horror genre, and to ensure that people with diverse values can enjoy the work comfortably, I kindly ask for your strict cooperation with the following rules.

Regarding R-18 and R-18G (Excessive Violence/Grotesque) Content

I do not restrict the creation of derivative works that include sexual or cruel content as a pursuit of horror expression. However, when publishing such content on social media, please use services/tools that hide the image behind a click (like content warnings, sensitive content flags, Poipiku, Privatter, etc.) and provide clear age restrictions and warnings so that minors or those who do not wish to see such content are not accidentally exposed to it.

Regarding Derivative Works Using AI-Generated Content

You may publish AI-generated illustrations, text, etc., but please strictly separate them from hand-drawn or hand-crafted works.

4. Official Features and Introductions

Please note that fan art and streaming videos posted on social media may be featured in development or activity reports on official social media accounts, Steam announcements, etc. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

5. Disclaimer and Miscellaneous

Even if your activities follow these guidelines, if the content violates public order and morals, infringes on the rights of others, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the developer, I may ask you individually to stop publishing it.

The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages or troubles arising from derivative works or video streaming activities.
