addedOver the next few minutes, you'll be able to download an upgraded and slightly more fleshed out Beta update, that includes the starting elements of the remastered version of the first Construct in the game: Maern. You won't be able to complete this construct just yet, but please feel free to don on your DK2 headset (if you don't have access to a Rift, don't worry, you can still play) and compare the differences to the original version of Maern. Included within the Prompt inside the Construct, is a slightly lengthy Commentary track, detailing what will be changing to INIT.'s levels and systems, as well as intiating new forms of player progress signals, such as 'Phases' which mark how many puzzels lie in wait within a Construct and form the basis of the new Checkpoint system (which the lack of in the previous version of INIT. was driving people crazy!). Have a dive in and see what you think. We thought it would be cool to start showing this level to you all now, as development increases, you'll be able to call out the changes to it.
