Fixed a potentially game-breaking bug related to artifact spawning.

Now there's a chance at the Wayfinder quest's altar for only a single type of artifact to be dropped. This is helpful for artifact color farming.

Fire artifact is now visible when dropped as a reward from the Wayfinder quest.

Artifacts are now properly culled.

Animated artifacts now snap down properly.

Various small fixes and improvements.
