Fixes and Balancing:
fixed scenarios where people get stuck unable to fire/sprint/switch weapons
fixed saiga muzzles making gun sound like suppressed
fixed beeping not playing on clients
fixed client leaning not visible on hosts
fixed operations shown twice on clients
fixed time not appearing correct on clients gcps
fixed being stuck in aim when toggle aim and switching weapons (aiming being cancelled)
fixed weather transition sounds being immediate
fixed mission hot trail mission rewards (proving saiga mags instead of vr80)
fixed aug mag prices
fixed .338 ammunition being silver
enabled fsr 4
added map filter so only missions that can be completed on selected map are displayed
added main menu music back
adjusted RET_271 loot value required for extract to be 20k from 50k
reduced fog during night time
reduced change for other weather types apart clear sky
removed retrieve part from sweet tooth -> only hand in items. items spawn still on delta! (retrack to make change work)

turned impact vfx textures to VT to improve possible stutter on bullet impact

-> If you face any issue with being stuck when using medics or crash when deploying/launching the game, please come into our playtester group! -> We are actively working on the audio nuke bug on delta. Hopefully fixed soon!
