The Mutation Update for In the House of Silence is now available! This update introduces the ability to mutate your body parts into monstrous appendages to fight eldritch abominations!
Full patch notes:
Changed
Mutation system completely redone.
Player gains Bones by killing enemies and can spend those bones at a Shrine to change a body part.
Player stats now dictated by what body parts you have.
Stairs and Shrine show up on minimap.
Default max inventory size increased to 10.
Sanity meter increased to 300.
Enemies can carry items.
Player regains 1 point of health every 6 turns damage is not taken.
Changed several of the map generation alorithms.
Number of floors increased to 18.
Changed title image.
Fonts changed.

Added attack and defense stats which affect damage dealt in combat.
Added speed stat. Entities gain an additional action each turn for every 100 speed.
Removed
Removed all items except Monster Heart, Anti-Psychotics, and Mark of Cain.
Removed stairs up.
Removed fire and poison status effects.
Removed fire and poison pits.
Removed slow shaders from main menu, intro, and game over screens.
