Immortal Darkness: Curse of The Pale King changes
Greetings Slayers, The Giant Space Monster team started development on Immortal Darkness: Curse of the Pale King nearly three years ago, so last week’s launch was a dream come true. Thank you to everyone who has joined us on this journey into the depths of Mordim. Your feedback has been invaluable -- please keep it coming! Today marks the release of our first update, which includes several bug fixes and the ability to customize keybinding and controls. Keybinding and control customization
You can now customize keyboard controls by using the "Controls / Key Bindings" option available on the main options UI
Improvements:
Rebalanced the “Vault of Darkness” level
Torch item duration has been lengthened
Puzzle element was slightly adjusted for smoother play
Added additional Save Altars before boss encounters, to the "Plane of Chaos" level
Bugfixes:
Mechanics:
Fixed a bug that caused too many healing sparks to spawn during the Xehg'thuel boss fight
Interface
Fixed a bug where the player could interact with a shopkeeper during combat, causing the shop UI to pop up and interfere with combat
Fixed a bug with the Drael boss fight which caused the end-of-fight dialog to be bypassed in some situations
Audio
Fixed an audio bug on the "Plane of Chaos" level where music and ambient sounds were not being updated in some situations
