Final Major Update
This update focuses on improving the overall visual quality, readability, usability, and performance of the game.
Visual Improvements
Replaced the Courier and Carrier ship models with new designs that better fit the sci-fi atmosphere of the game.
Updated the appearance of the title screen.
Improved the visuals of various windows and GUI elements.
Interface & Readability
Reworked the resource panel on the left side of the screen. Resources are now displayed relative to one another, making it much easier to identify shortages and surpluses at a glance.
Updated the bottom stats panel so that statistics now change color depending on their current state, making it easier to understand whether a value is improving or becoming problematic.
For example, lower Corruption is better, while most other stats benefit from higher values.
Performance Improvements
Significantly improved overall performance through optimizations related to lighting and shadow rendering.
Balance Changes
Adjusted the balance of trade bonuses and colony stats (Morale, Corruption, and others).
Bug Fixes
Fixed issues related to popup text visibility and display behavior.
Various minor fixes and improvements.
I also want to thank everyone who played the game, shared feedback, reported bugs, and suggested ideas throughout the development of the game. Many of the improvements in this update were inspired directly by player feedback and community discussions.
While this is planned to be the final major update for the game, I still may return with additional updates in the future if there is enough interest and support from the community.
