Idle Monster TD: Evolved changes
QoL Improvements:
Added setting to disable enemy movement speed bonuses (because quicker enemies can be more efficient for farming).
Added setting to disable resource hauler spawns (because they may cause more harm than good on your last few waves of a push)
Bug Fixes:
Fixed a rare bug that caused Tanks and Necros to become unkillable and untargetable.
Fixed a bug with the range stat calculation in the My Stats menu.
Various other minor bug and UI fixes.
