Repeated intro

Hello, Identifilers! It has been an incredible journey since our EA launch in November last year, and we wanted to take a moment to provide an update on what is happening behind the scenes. First and foremost: we hear you. Since our last update, we have been busy collecting every bit of player feedback, bug reports and quality of life suggestions you've sent our way. We are currently in the process of analyzing and implementing changes based on your feeback. The first big patch will include balancing, EXE reworks, UI refinements and quality of life changes. Content updates are also on the way like new cursors and items. We're planning to create a beta testing branch for Identifilers that would like to play and give feedback on the update before we release it to the general public. Our Discord channel is the best place to know when this will be out so please feel free to join! You can also stay updated on our progress, suggest new features, report bugs and chill with the devs :D Join the Discord here! Your insights are the most valuable tool in our development process, and we can't thank you enough for being so vocal and passionate about Identifile. Steam post image A little about us: Hey we're Calipao and Sylver, we're two fresh graduates passionate about creating games, and Identifile is our very first commercial release. It's been an incredible learning experience and we know there's plenty of room to keep improving the game. As a self-funded studio, we have decided to shift our development part-time so we can build up enough resources to continue creating great games for you. Right now, we're splitting our workload between Identifile's journey to the 1.0 release and an exciting unannounced title that Sylver is cooking in parallel. If you would like to be the first to find out what he's making you can follow @sylver_dev on X! We've been taking care of ourselves too. After an intense development period, we took some time off to recharge and focus on our health. Now we're back, refreshed and gradually ramping up development again. Steam post image We are also thrilled that Identifile will be part of the Tiny Roguelikes Event! To celebrate the participation, we are offering a 20% discount. If you've got a friend on the fence about diving into the filesystem and identifying viruses, now is the perfect time for them to jump in. This wonderful community is what made all of this possible. Your support allows us to keep exploring deeper into the filesystem and we are committed to making the game the best version it can be. Thank you for playing, for sharing your thoughts, and for being part of this journey. - Gearbyte Games
