🚚 Major Warehouse & Delivery Update

This is one of our biggest update yet, completely redesigning the delivery and warehouse systems while adding smarter staff automation, new player tools, cloud saves, major optimizations and much more!

📢 Important Information

• 💾 Auto-save has been removed. Don't forget to save your progress manually.

• ⌨️ The pause menu is now opened with ESC instead of TAB.

• 📦 Staff will no longer place boxes onto untagged storage racks.

🚚 Brand-New Delivery Truck System

Deliveries have been completely redesigned.

• 🚚 Orders now arrive by delivery trucks.

• 📦 Choose between Box and Pallet deliveries.

• 🛒 Order mixed-product pallets or traditional box deliveries: it's entirely up to you.

• 📍 Choose your preferred delivery dock (10 available).

• 🚛 Cargo becomes available only after the truck has fully parked and opened.

• 🔄 New trucks can arrive to the same dock as soon as the previous truck starts leaving.

📦 Warehouse Improvements

Managing inventory is now much more efficient.

• 🚜 Forklifts, Stock Carts and Hand Trucks are now available.

• 👥 Both players and staff can use all warehouse equipment.

• ♻️ Leave empty pallets inside departing trucks for automatic disposal.

• 📚 Stack pallets inside your warehouse for easier management.

🤖 Smarter Staff Automation

Staff are now significantly more efficient.

Staff can now:

• 📦 Collect boxes from delivery pallets.

• 📦 Collect boxes from warehouse shelves.

• 📦 Collect boxes directly from other carts.

• 🚶 Pick up boxes directly from carts.

• 🛒 Use Stock Carts to transport multiple boxes at once.

• 🚜 Operate forklifts to move pallets into storage.

• ⚙️ Automatically use carts, forklifts and pallets after deliveries arrive.

• 👤 Players always have priority over all equipment.

• ♻️ Collect empty pallets from warehouse racks, stack them together, and load them into departing trucks to dispose of them.

• 🚫 Staff will no longer place boxes onto untagged storage racks.

📋 Ordering & Catalog Improvements

Ordering products is now much clearer.

Product cards now display placement icons for:

• 🗄️ Shelves

• ❄️ Fridges

• 🧊 Freezers

• 🛒 Floor Displays

• 🚂 Rail Displays

Additionally:

• 🪑 Furniture cards now show every compatible placement surface.

• 📦 Delivery boxes now clearly display:

  • Contents

  • Quantity

  • Placement destination

🖥️ New Player Tools

A brand-new expandable Toolbelt has been added.

Supports:

• 📱 Tablet

• 🎨 Paint Roller

• 📡 Hand Scanner

Additional improvements:

• 🛒 Manage your store anywhere using the Tablet.

• ✨ Completely rebuilt interaction prompts.

• 🎮 Improved controller and keyboard icons.

• ⌨️ ESC now opens the pause menu.

📦 Better Box Physics

Working with boxes feels much more natural.

• 📦 Freely place boxes on valid floors.

• 📚 Stack boxes naturally.

• 📐 Improved snapping for cleaner stacks.

• ⚖️ Better physics when removing boxes.

• 🎯 Fixed loose products colliding with invisible objects.

💾 Save & Load

• 💾 Multiple Save Slots added.

• ☁️ Steam Cloud Save support added.

• ⚠️ Auto-save removed (remember to save manually).

⚡ Performance & Stability

A huge optimization pass has been completed.

• 🚀 Major optimization across multiple gameplay systems.

• 🧠 Reduced memory allocations to minimize micro-stuttering.

• 🛠️ Fixed numerous rare issues involving:

  • Stuck customers

  • Stuck staff

  • Delivery targeting

  • Vehicle instability

• 🌅 Improved HDRI day/night transitions for a smoother atmosphere.
