Yo.

Recently, we have beaten two games whose subject matter is quite similar to ours. Both are about running a pathological restaurant, but it is interesting that they differ in terms of their approach to gameplay.

Ravenous Devils has a mobile game feeling. It's an almost self-fulfilling mechanism that only requires our lazy clicking. Simply speaking, the game is a cookie clicker in the aesthetics of This War of Mine. We are actually relying on the same loop all the time and progression is increasing the amount of what we got in the beginning. It is like ambient / trance music. Beauty lies in the comfort of a safe routine. Relaxing.

Happy's Humble Burger Farm is an economic and arcade game. I don't want to spoil it, but I'll do it anyway: the creators make fun of the loop that they promised at the beginning of the game. It would seem that we are getting an extremely fucked up experiment, as if the production of the game about running restaurant was entrusted to a mad scientist who all his life dreamed of making a boomer shooter. But the truth is, the man behind has a good head on his shoulders. HHBF is carefully thought out and made, all the seemingly dingy elements combine into a perfectly working mechanism that forces you to demonstrate your time management and keyboard skills. Demanding.

And now we find ourselves trying to get both of these things in Human Farm. But maybe unnecessarily, maybe it is not possible at all. What do you expect?

BTW I don't know if I can paste link to Steam pages. The post may be treated as an add, I won't take that risk. Please type the titles yourself, if you haven't checked them out yet.

EDIT: Fuck it. Here you go.
