Repeated intro
Hello. Here's some more post-launch bugfixes, a couple of balance tweaks and perhaps a useful new feature.

Horde Hunters changes
General
New Reroll+ feature on level up (1.5x cost to normal): Refresh with only character class compatible weapons
Jester will also be proficient with all the secondary weapon class type weapons and receive no penalties from them
Scare feature improved. This used to work more or less as a once-off global feature with sometimes unexpected results. Now weapons or abilities with scare are applied independently from each other and each should work at least once per enemy
Endless mode enemy kill multiplier changes as time goes by:
0.25x before 10min (this used to be default for all kills)
0.5x before 20min
0.75x before 30min
1x after 30min
Bugs
Some events and difficulty scaling did not trigger on all of the higher game speeds
Unmask scare ability was not working reliably
You could enter the mine in the middle of Dwarf's smash ability causing enemies to stop moving indefinitely
