removedEnemy bullets will no longer curve towards the player when at close range but they will curve for a longer time
changedNormal maps will never have more than 2 concurrent missions. Other maps can have 3 missions after 10min and 4 after 20min
changedWhen having the Button item the player will have outlines for better visibility (same effect as enabling the "player and party member outlines" setting)
changedTower, Bandits and Library effects will no longer immediately stop when player goes outside the circle. The countdown timer will continue to run (now more visible under the building as well) and the player may re-enter the circle for the benefit
changedRune effect will not be cleared if ending a run in the first 15s. This is to prevent losing the rune effect in case of wrong run configuration e.g. having a different map or difficulty setting that you wanted

Last week was also very tense on the weekly leaderboard. "JHG" managed to grab the win with just a few points over an almost impossible score by "blank". As a reminder there's a 10 EUR Steam gift card up for grabs every week for the time being.

General

  • Enemy bullets will no longer curve towards the player when at close range but they will curve for a longer time

  • Using the auto-aim setting on gamepad you can also manually aim when desired. The cursor will disappear when auto-aim is on and appear when moving the control yourself

  • Normal maps will never have more than 2 concurrent missions. Other maps can have 3 missions after 10min and 4 after 20min

  • When having the Button item the player will have outlines for better visibility (same effect as enabling the "player and party member outlines" setting)

  • Tower, Bandits and Library effects will no longer immediately stop when player goes outside the circle. The countdown timer will continue to run (now more visible under the building as well) and the player may re-enter the circle for the benefit

  • Rune effect will not be cleared if ending a run in the first 15s. This is to prevent losing the rune effect in case of wrong run configuration e.g. having a different map or difficulty setting that you wanted

  • There's a helpful feature in the game where a player is left with 1 health after receiving a big blow on certain health threshold. This is to prevent getting one-shotted that can feel unfair. However, this can lead to some unintended misuse. On endless mode there is now a 1min cooldown (will adjust to game speed) on said feature

  • Added Palestine flag to the leaderboard

Bugs

  • Game crash when selling a poison weapon while having Poison Extract item

  • Player can pause the game when dead (or in the process of) resulting in some confusion about whether consumables can be used

  • Jester received penalties for the starting secondary weapon when not being a melee type. Penalties will still occur for weapons that are not melee but the starting weapon is excluded from this
