Hello there, It’s been a while. We want to apologise to you all for the lack of updates/communication on HIJAC. Rest assured, we have not abandoned it and are now working on the next update. So why the lack of updates?

It’s been a while. We want to apologise to you all for the lack of updates/communication on HIJAC. Rest assured, we have not abandoned it and are now working on the next update.

So why the lack of updates? Firstly, HIJAC took a very long time for the two of us to make (ridiculously long, it’s actually pretty embarrassing). It was our first game and we had to learn everything from scratch, such as coding, how to make the artwork etc. When we finally released into 1.0, we were quite frankly, a bit frazzled and burnt out. We needed a bit of time to ourselves…

But not THAT much time to ourselves! After a bit of downtime we started to work on our next game, which is what has taken up the majority of our time. We made a conscious decision to not try and juggle two games at once until we got to a certain milestone with our new project. We’re arrived there now (as usual, it took longer than expected).

So we’re now going through the mother of all to-do lists and working our way through all the bugs/suggestions/messages that you’ve sent us since the last update.
