"Hello, fellows!

Today we return to sail the seas in the company of a sturdy lady inspired by the Navy's past, the battleship "Revenant"!

As you can see from the comparison with the toy soldier next to her, she's certainly no giant of the sea, so why did I identify her as a battleship?

Barring future changes, the Revenant will be the first unlockable battleship in the game. Obviously, I can't make the Bismarck my first battleship; I needed something smaller and older. Having found nothing real that suited my needs, I resorted partly to fantasy.

What is the Revenant?

So, let's get to the point. The Revenant is the first heavily armored ship in the game. It can withstand a lot of damage before having to be abandoned.

It has two large guns, probably 203 mm, for hitting distant targets.

On top is a small gun, probably 75 mm, ideal for faster, closer targets.

As you can see, the Revenant is completely devoid of air defenses, mainly because, when it was conceived, air threats didn't exist.

If in the future I notice that this ship suffers too much from air units, I might consider adding a light machine gun, perhaps coaxial with the smaller cannon. What do you think?

IMPORTANT question today:

Last time I asked about the realism of the insects in the game, and, to my delight, 95% of the comments were in favor of introducing unrealistic but fun attacks, exactly as I wanted to do.

I'll let you know that I don't intend to stray too far from reality; I'll tend to use a level of unrealism slightly beyond that of the Grounded game.

Today's question is: What about the dinosaurs?

Initially, I was inclined to limit them to their realistic dynamics, but my confidence wavered when you responded so strongly in favor of fun over realism.

Therefore, do you prefer the dinosaurs to be more realistic or not?

And if you chose the unrealistic, how would you use your imagination to make them more fun?

Do these questions please you or do they annoy you?

The more players interact with these questions of mine, the more the game will be tailored to you like a suit!

THE ONLY GOOD BUG IS A DEAD BUG!"
