Demo Update - v0.2.5

Hello Store Owners! 😎

We've just released the v0.2.5 update for the Home Store Simulator Demo.

This update introduces the new Hand Truck, along with balancing changes, fixes, and improvements. We're also happy to continue adding features that many of you have requested. We carefully read all of your feedback and use it to help shape the future of Home Store Simulator. Thank you for your support and for being part of the journey!

New Features

• Added the Hand Truck. - Can carry up to 4 small boxes at once. - Can carry up to 2 medium or large boxes at once.

Balancing

• Reduced the frequency of shoplifters.

Fixes

• Fixed various minor bugs and stability issues.

Coming Next

We're currently working on a new Hotbar system that will appear at the bottom of the screen, allowing quick access to items using the number keys on your keyboard. Items such as the Baseball Bat and the upcoming Megaphone will be accessible through this hotbar for faster and more convenient gameplay.

We're also planning to add a Megaphone item. Using your microphone, you'll be able to broadcast your voice directly into the game and make announcements throughout your store.

In addition, we're reworking the shoplifter system to make it more immersive. The shoplifter icon above thieves will be removed, meaning you'll need to pay closer attention to what's happening inside your store. Instead of being clearly marked, suspicious customers will have to be identified by their behavior, such as constantly looking around, acting nervous, or showing unusual movements.

To help with this, we're also planning to introduce a Security Camera System, allowing you to monitor different areas of your store and keep an eye on suspicious activity.

Note: Security Guards and all other employee systems are planned for the full version of the game and will not be available in the demo.
