August Summary

August did not go as I had expected.

First of all, the crowdfunding campaign was successfully completed, and it received much more attention than I had anticipated.

However, I spent a lot of time dealing with procedures required for the game’s release, which kept me from focusing on development itself.

Work Time by Category

  • Development: 44%

  • Crowdfunding Rewards: 25%

  • Other (administrative tasks, etc.): 31%

Results

  • Demo updated

  • Crowdfunding project successfully completed

  • Store page opened on Stove Indie

  • Base system of Minigame C completed

  • Graphic assets (in progress)

  • Crowdfunding rewards (in progress)

Although I managed to complete the base system of Minigame C, it still needs refinement, and I was not able to work on the main story content.

Therefore, September will require more intensive work.

September Plans

  1. Complete the main story content

  2. Prepare for Steam Next Fest

  3. Release the Steam demo and collect feedback

For October, I’d like to complement promotional activities by polishing the game’s quality and working on additional content I’ve been planning.

That means I need to finish as much of the main content as possible in September.

I’ll reduce non-development activities and increase work intensity to focus on development.
