This week I've been working on “ The Heron ”, an inn located in the village of Crossroads.

One of the things I'm trying to care about the most in this project is making NPCs feel like actual people instead of simple decorations.

I want talking to them to be interesting.

Some characters react differently depending on who speaks to them. Others hide secrets, alternative interactions or details that players may completely miss.

I'm trying to make every character feel like they have their own motivations, personality and secrets, even if they're not directly tied to the main story.
