I'm turning a 3-year Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) campaign into an RPG.

Over the past few years, I've been running a campaign with my group. We started as 4 people, but over time more players joined.

It's been over 50 sessions, each lasting 4–5 hours. Everything is original. And shaped by player decisions.

One of the main villains, for example, wasn't planned at all. They became a villain because of something that happened during a session.

About a year ago, I decided to try something ambitious: turn that entire campaign into a video game.

My goal is to keep what makes tabletop RPGs special:

  • Meaningful choices

  • Real consequences

  • Characters who can live… or die depending on what you do

And something that's very important to me: every NPC has their own story and reason to exist in the world.

I published the Steam page 2 days ago without any promotion, just to see if this idea could resonate beyond our table.

And some people have already added it to their wishlist. It may not be a lot, but seeing that someone connects with this means a lot to me.

I'll keep sharing updates and progress as the game grows.
