Some minor beautification updates

UI

Started work towards a non-ugly UI. Added some HP bars where there used to be just numbers. Added various gradients to icons and backgrounds so things stopped looking so flat and plain.

Models

Added a builder model and animations to the builder unit. He can now idle, run, take damage, be killed and build a building. What a guy!
