-entirely new throwable system that no longer relies on wonky and jittery physics (now throwables are completely smooth)
-idle animation now stops when swapping to a different weapon -idle animation no longer plays / overlaps with emotes and other animations -slightly tuned the handbraking to be a bit more tight -jump land sound now only plays when falling from a bit higher, no longer when just jumping around
-some animation code optimizations (less code that runs every frame) -optimized bullets / projectiles to be much more performant
-tank main gun projectiles can now be consumed again by Explosive Diet
-handbraking with cars and bikes now stops the back wheel from spinning -car speed and turning values tweaked a bit more (slightly less top speed and turning speed)
-tweaked death cam to look at enemy player's torso instead of feet
-maps that have an equal amount of votes as the top voted maps will now also be considered to be picked when a new map is selected (random pick between all highest voted maps)
-fixed parachute not being round (incorrect scaling) -fixed some smaller visual glitches with ghillie jackets
