Update 1.3.0 brings a large list of new features, balance changes, and bug fixes to Hecaton.
New Progression System
Score now goes towards Bounty Hunter Rank
Each character can increase a stat point permanently for every Hunter Rank earned
You can increase Health, Armor, Crit Chance, Attack Speed, or Energy Gain
Each Bounty Hunter now has their own unique sets of Fates to unlock
Each Bounty Hunter has 15 new Fates, for a total of 120 new Fates
New Fates are unlocked every 2 Bounty Hunter Ranks
Fates are designed to be paired with each other. Experiment and find the best combinations to victory.
Revamped Difficulty
Titan has become a much more dangerous place
Slow and telegraphed attacks now deal significantly more Damage to the player. These attacks include enemy Rockets, Sniper fire, Shotguns, and Melee attacks
Enemies will now spawn near the player more aggressively. If you're looking for a fight, there's always one around the corner
Lockdown rooms have been altered to start more slowly and ramp up in difficulty after every enemy wave teleports in
Balance Changes and Bug Fixes
General
Equipment stats have been increased by about 20%
Players now start out with 2.5% higher Move Speed, and gain 1% Move Speed every Level Up, up from 0.5% every Level Up
Rocket Turrets have been taken out of stages 1 and 2 and replaced with Mine Turrets
Enemy Mines now bounce slightly higher
Proc-based Items (such as Accelerant, Vorpal Toxin, Orb Leech) have had their base proc chance increased by 20%
Fixed some bugs where stats would sometimes improperly display on the UI
Patriot
You now gain Evasion while Grappling towards enemies and walls
Sarin
Fixed a bug where Contagion would not attach itself to enemies properly
Contagion now attacks 4 times, up from 3
Fixed a bug where Reap would not properly function with Monkey Wrench and Inductor Items
Reap now deals 50% of an enemy's Poison Damage instantly, up from 35%
Poison Nova projectiles now move 20% faster
Minerva
Time Stop now properly destroys enemy destructible projectiles
Minerva now gains Evasion after hitting an enemy with Void Blast and moving backwards away from the blast
Chaotic Bolt now fires 4 bolts, up from 2
Chaotic Bolt's initial Damage is now 25%, down from 100%
Maverick
Greatly increased Magnum Shot's attack speed
Fan the Hammer's initial bullet is now much more accurate
Graham
Fixed an issue where some enemy attacks will stop Shoulder Charge from moving through them. You should now properly break through enemy attacks.
Greatly increased Shotgun Blast's attack speed
Micro Turret now attacks 20% faster
Micro Turret and Tesla Tower animations are now faster
Psycho
Decreased Detonate's Cooldown to 4 seconds, down from 5 seconds
Decreased Shock Bomb's Cooldown to 7.5 seconds, down from 9 seconds
