Fixing the few things that folks reported since the last hotfix. Most of these are not all that serious, or all that common. And a couple are not new things at all. Glad to see this shaking out now.
1.104 Hotfix 50 Changelog
General
Balance Tweak: You can now only steal neodymium once every 4 turns via StreetSense, rather than it being something that can be repeated a bunch of times per turn.
- One Last End Of Time BugFixed an issue where if your end of time map was rebuilt from an old save, the collider positions would not update with them, meaning that nothing was clickable until you saved and reloaded again.
- Fix To A Very Rare ExceptionAdded some extra cross-thread protection to null writes on the List class.
Fixes To An Even More Rare Exception: Hardened several methods against potential nullref exceptions. Mostly around resource reading, but also some things in the header bar.
