Hotfix 51

One fix that at the moment affects one user. Not really a hotfix per se, but just something I wanted out quickly.

• Keep Working Even If Broken: In the event that the game settings or controls are saved in a corrupted fashion, the game now recovers as many of those settings or control bindings as possible on load, but then otherwise moves along without blocking anything. Previously it would show a scary error message that made it seem like you couldn't keep going, when in reality it was actually fine. This removes the confusion, and also retains as much as possible from a torn disk write or other interruption, without bothering the user about something they can't change. In their log, it now quietly notes the parts that were messed up, just so that they can check that if something seems amiss for no reason.
