Heart of Gaia changes
The first major update for Heart of Gaia has arrived!
One month after launch, Update 1.1 introduces one of the most requested features: Local Co-op, available as a free update for every player.
Connect a second controller to start playing in local co-op. Heart of Gaia's local co-op requires two controllers, with seamless plug-and-play support—just connect the second controller and jump straight into the adventure. Explore, battle, and face powerful enemies together throughout the entire campaign.
Looking Ahead
This update is just the beginning. I'm already working on the next big step for Heart of Gaia.
Many players have asked about online multiplayer, and I'm happy to share that it's part of my long-term plans. Instead of simply adding online co-op to the main campaign, I want to create a brand-new online experience designed specifically for multiplayer, with its own gameplay ideas and challenges.
It's still early in development, and I'll have more details to share in the future, but I wanted to let everyone know the project is already in my plans.
Thank you all for the incredible support during the first month after launch. Your feedback, bug reports, and suggestions have been invaluable, and they'll continue to help shape the future of Heart of Gaia.
This is only the beginning. More updates are on the way!
