addedAdditionsAdded buff moodlets for stamina Winded: When stamina runs below 75% they become winded and suffer a 5% movement penalty. This buff is removed when stamina reaches 100% Tired: When stamina reaches 40% they become tired and suffer a 10% movement penalty. This buff becomes a Winded buff when stamina reaches 50% Exhausted: When stamina reaches 0% they become exhausted and can no longer run and suffer a 15% movement penalty. This lasts for 60 seconds. When this buff expires, it becomes a Tired buff, resets stamina to 10%, and stamina will begin to recover again

removedFixesCan no longer attempt to drink from a fresh water tile while already drinking
