Balance changes
Adjusted cooldown time from 1.0s to 0.8s per 'mana'.
Adjusted number of Guard Points for each hero to accommodate the changes to provisional health.
Gameplay Changes
The ratio of damage vs provisional damage when a hero has Guard Points adjusted from 0/100 to 50/50.
The ratio of damage vs provisional damage when a hero has zero Guard Points adjusted from 50/50 to 100/0.
UI Changes
Added the match timer at the top of the screen.
