Update 2 is now live.
It's a smaller update this time with a few important changes, fixes and further improvement to hit detection.
Difficulty
Three difficulty settings which can be selected from the main menu
- RecruitYour ship hull and shield strength significantly increased, faster shield recharge rate and higher weapon damage
- VeteranYour ship hull and shield strength increased. The default setting and how the game was in the most recent update
Master: No increase to your ship stats
VFX
More variety in the death sequence for AI fighters
Shot impact effects are more accurately placed
UI
The button highlight for selected menu options is brighter and more visible
The menu for adjusting hand position has been simplified and can now be found from the main menu in addition to in-game
Cockpit
The floor level of the cockpits have been lowered
Seat height is now adjustable in addition to head position
Bug Fixes
The graphics options should now work correctly
Fixed a potential cause of freezes when the player dies
The settings to cancel or reset changes to joystick positions are now working as intended
Fixed the sometimes jittery movement of destroyers
AI-fired missiles now track correctly
