Regarding the Dynamic Story CG (DSCG) Mode

While we tried to create something new with this feature, the purpose of DSCG was unclear to veteran visual novel fans we spoke with. Therefore, we have decided to change the system from DSCG to 'Extra Stories' which will make a lot more sense to all visual novel fans.

For those curious, the feature was originally inspired by the game, Monobeno, which loads scenes that are not related to the main story in a different section of the gallery in that game.

Other Minor Changes

  • The game menu was made non-transparent for better visibility

  • Game setting scenes will randomly show different character facial expressions to add a bit more of a whimsical flair to the game

  • Other minor adjustments to Chapter 2 and 3

Regarding the Scenario

Looking up our call logs, I realized that we talked 4 hours regarding the specifics about Hanacamp. Thankfully, it was very productive and we've been able to gleam some good ideas that we can put to use as we continue development. With that said, we're talking with the scenario writer to cut down the scenario in some places while increasing the light and bright tones of the story to keep the flow going in the game.

Anyways, that's all the important news we have for this week. See ya later!
