GUN X GUNNER changes
Overhauled Systems
Selection Phase Overhaul (Implemented dual-selection, selection type variation, tiered stats, timer + auto selection when timer expires, selection card hover effects, improved transition logic, countdown after selection phase)
Weapon Systems Overhaul (Fire rate, switching held weapon, recoil moved from camera to weapon)
Character Overhaul (New character model, animations, character outline when visible, improved hitboxes, death dissolve animation and VFX, lighting improvements)
Projectile Overhaul (Now with perfect accuracy, type differences with unique VFX for each, improved headshot detection)
New Features
New Map: Arena, featuring “The Platform”, where all future maps will be housed
Implemented prototype stylized material to be used across all objects on The Platform
Cinematic & Spectator Camera
Prototype SFX added to many game elements
“Boost” action that briefly increases max speed (temporarily replacing sliding)
Kill/Death Tracking on scoreboard and hooks for augments, last damager tracking per player
Feedback Form Implementation (inside ESC Menu)
Discord redirection integration (on main menu and inside ESC Menu)
Damage Number UI pop-up when dealing damage (both directly and indirectly)
