Hello Gruelers!
Thank you all for the amazing responses to the demo! It has been incredible to see! Your feedback has helped us tremendously, and we are hard at work bringing you the full version of GRUEL! But until then, we've brought you a little update.
Changelog:
Added two new seals
Added four new rooms
A special icon now appears on the main menu when you reach the Gruel Room
Killing an enemy with a kick now doubles the chance of pickups
Improved turret mechanics and collision detection
Turrets now have additional sound effects
Fixed a bug that could cause turrets to randomly crash the game
Reduced damage from homing bullets
Made Amoebs easier to hit
Coffinboy's skeleton wave no longer passes through walls
Enhanced bullet casing sprites
The game now pauses when a controller disconnects
Fixed issues with the tutorial settings menu
Added an option to invert Y-axis camera movement
