addedHighlights 🌟Fae experience improved Added Fae hints. Fae Book now opens directly to your selected Fae (when available). Improved Fae intro flow and polished Fae-related UI presentation. Whole new Fae taste balancing.
addedHighlights 🌟Dish & reward presentation upgrades New Dish UI pass. Reward formatting updates and fixes. Fixes for dish behavior and title clipping on screen edges.
changedHighlights 🌟General UX polish Better map feedback. Faster end-of-day pacing. Cleaner UI behavior and timing tweaks. Various visual alignment and typo fixes.
addedThe Tastes of the Fae 🧚We made a major iteration on the content here. We simplified the plan tastes (no more unknown taste at the start), and clarified what it meant for a Fae to like and dislike tastes. We also added flavour and hint texts in the fae book/app. I think this is a major improvement; it really makes the trying to please the Fae more immediate and more engaging. I can't wait to hear your feedback on this one! We also started playing with the concept that cutting plants changes their tastes. Right now it is only sliced or not sliced. But we are planning to expand to more tastes (bitter becomes sweet, pungent becomes aromatic, etc.).
changedDish Reward Presentation 🍜This is the most complex UX of the game. There is so much we are trying to convey in this one page. I think iteration after iteration, it's finally getting in a good place. Let us know what you think!

Energy System πŸ”‹

Having an energy system is very linked to the core story of the game (some news about that soon!). Aoife, our main character, came to this place to recover and regain energy. So we wanted to start the game with the feeling that only very few things could be done in a day. And as we progress, understand the land better, and make the Fae happy, we gain more energy, the days feel longer, and we can do more and more stuff. This is the first iteration of the system, so let us know what you think about it!

This is the most complex UX of the game. There is so much we are trying to convey in this one page. I think iteration after iteration, it's finally getting in a good place. Let us know what you think!
