1️⃣ Before we dive into the details

We have a quick update for everyone: as soon as this playtest concludes and we implement the necessary fixes based on your feedback, we will be releasing the public demo for everyone to enjoy! If you didn't get into the playtest this time, don't worry!. Your turn to start your gold mining adventure is coming very soon.

We have randomly selected 5,000 players from everyone who signed up for the Playtest. Invitation emails have just been sent out so be sure to check your inbox (and your Spam folder, just in case!).

If you don't see an email, you can also check the Gold Mining Simulator 2 store page directly. If the "Request Access" button has changed to"Play Now"or"Install", it means you are in the lucky group!

🚫 Important: Strict Content Embargo

Please keep in mind that this is a closed playtest, and a strict embargo applies to all gameplay content. This means there is an absolute ban on:

Recording and uploading videos (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Streaming the game (Twitch, Kick, etc.)
Sharing screenshots on social media or public forums (GMS Official Discord included)

We want the final demo to be a fresh experience and a surprise for the wider public release, so we kindly ask you to respect these rules.

⏳ Timeline & Feedback

The playtest will run for exactly 2 weeks. During this time, we will be closely monitoring the game and gathering your bug reports.

Once the playtest concludes, we will compile your feedback and share a massive summary post. Based on your insights, we will be able to determine:

Is the demo ready for the public release?
How much work is still ahead of us, and what needs our immediate attention?
