Gods vs Steam changes
This update focuses on the most-reported issues from the demo launch: mob spawning, drops landing inside props, skill tree bugs, and a performance pass on VFX. We've also added new sounds, improved several skill trees, and snuck in a new Revolver variant.

Highlights
Enemies can now be smashed into walls with Lightning Force
Fixed mobs not spawning after fully clearing the circle
Drops no longer spawn inside rocks or props
Fixed poison pools activating during teleport
Fixed Boomerang disappearing mid-flight
Kick Leg damage increased; Lightning Aura buff AOE expanded

Gameplay & Balance
Increased damage for Kick Leg
Increased Wind Mill weight
Added a "Trash Revolver" variant with burst fire
Increased Lightning Aura buff AOE
Fixed issues with Converging Beam and slightly reduced its damage
Fixed an issue where some shields didn't report damage correctly
Fixed Trashcan mob not stopping on pause
Improved Trashcan mob behavior after being grabbed by the player.
Skills & Upgrades
Added stacking damage modes and a stacking system for multi-hit detectors
Added a burst fire option to Revolver and fixed issues with multi-hit detectors
Fixed Converging Beam shutting down when receiving an upgrade
Fixed an issue where some level-up skills were being skipped
Fixed Hammer skill tree AOE behaving incorrectly (base AOE vs. increase effect)
Fixed timer logic so it ends correctly when the final boss is defeated
Fixed a ReturnToPool error caused by some path skills
Fixed an issue where Boomerang was disappearing
Improved Lightning Needle base crit from 1 to 7
World, Spawning & Encounters
Fixed an issue where mobs weren't spawning after the circle was fully cleared
Fixed poison pools activating during teleport
Improved drop placement — drops no longer spawn inside rocks or props
Fixed an issue with Droplet when no mobs were found
POIs, UI & Demo
Added a Wishlist button to the UI scene
Added a WASD movement hint in the lobby
Fixed Chest POIs snapping/appearing at the map origin
Added a preview video to the Lightning Force skill tree
Improved first-time skill tree experience — stat info is now hidden on first open
Audio
Added new sounds (steam, swords).
Added Hydra steam sounds
Added sound for the Toxic Bug enemy
Adjusted overall sound levels
VFX, Graphics & Performance
Added a small glow to the XP Orb
Added new VFX for Uranium Ore; updated Uranium Orb VFX mesh and scale
Reduced particle count for the Uranium Orb
Enabled and fixed GPU instancing for orb materials
Disabled unnecessary shadow casting and receiving where applicable
Text, Localization & QoL
Fixed Magic Sword description text
Fixed "Maximum HP", "Maximum Block" and "Area of Effect" spelling/naming
Fixed a grammar error in the Zapper node description
Clicking the Zapper node now dismisses its info message
Added max uses display for Wisps
What to try
Try smashing enemies into walls with lightning force
Play a full run and check if spawning and drops feel smooth — do mobs appear reliably? Do drops land in reachable spots?
Try the new Trash Revolver round variant and let us know how the burst fire feels compared to the standard Revolver
Try pushing the Converging Beam skill and see how it feels after the damage adjustment.
