changedA lot has happened at Nine Dots in the last 10 years. From a team of 6 to 30, we’re now developing two games in tandem while funding a third. So we’ve become a publisher on top of growing our development abilities. None of that would have happened if we hadn’t made GoD Factory: Wingmen. While the game didn’t sell enough to be profitable, it taught us the skills and the resilience we needed to go through an even bigger challenge. It also attracted some great talent to our studio, such as Alexandre, our lead artist, and Phil, our writer. That’s already enough cause to celebrate this game.

For the 10th anniversary of the launch of GoD Factory: Wingmen, we’re giving a 75% discount on the game. This way, those who are curious to try the game for the first time will have a good occasion to do so, and maybe convince some old players to revisit the game to show them the ropes!

But more importantly: we’re still very proud of the game. It’s a genuinely good game, a labor of love that we would like to share with more people. There are tons of viable builds and strategies, the sense of speed and scale were nailed and you can teleport inside a space station to destroy it from the inside.

Every step matters, and this one was definitely a big step forward for Nine Dots.
