Gluttony changes
It’s been a while since our last update. Recently, we’ve been busy reorganizing the overall game while continuing development on Chapters 2 and 3, which are not yet included in the demo.
This 2.2 update focuses on addressing feedback that the game could be cleared by repeatedly pressing the Space key without proper decision-making. Our goal was to reduce this issue and encourage more deliberate gameplay.
Below are the main changes.
Combat & Difficulty Adjustments
Overall enemy density and difficulty have been reduced.
Added telegraphed indicators to enemy attacks, allowing players more time to react.
System Changes
Space auto-devour now targets a random enemy instead of the nearest one.
Added a slight delay and dedicated animation when using Belly Burst.
New Content
Added 5 new Spices and Relics.
Visual Improvements
Improved the visibility of food items to make them easier to identify during combat.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Spice UI remained visible after closing the Tab menu when holding more than three Spices.
Fixed an issue where incorrect placeholder text appeared when obtaining a Recipe while already holding a Spice.
