HOTFIX - Ultra-widescreen support & more

Hey Glonklings!

We just pushed out a small glonkfix (hotfix) today that crushes a few bugs: - Ultra-wide screen support

• Fixed a bug where geyser makes Glonk invincible.

• Fixed a bug where numbers over 2.1 billion becomes -2.1 billion (integer overflow).

• Fixed a bug where lines in the rebirth skilltree showed up when they shouldn't.

• Glonk coins are now correctly formatted when over 10.000 (10k).

• You now get 10 Glonk coins instead of just 5 when you have both the double glonk coins skill and 5 glonk coins from the rebirth tree.

So no more text outside of the bounds of the screen when you have a huge monitor... hopefully.
