changedAssignment bug fix: Previously adding plowing or cultivating reverted the assigned worker amount of other actions to 1 without correctly updating the ui that lead to confusion.

In some cases it was reported that it helped to delete the graphic settings in the AppData user folder or change the resolution number, one user also reported that by updating his graphic card driver it suddenly worked. 2. General frequency of crashes during gameplay for some players.

Turkey was in two different regions and is now in southern-europe region (Those assignments come from the osm data is structured)
