Hooded Horse is an independent publisher focused on strategy, simulation, and tactical games. Since their founding, their portfolio has grown to over 40 titles, including big hits such as Manor Lords, Against the Storm, and 9 Kings.

What is a Publisher?

Publishers support game developers in many ways, including funding, marketing, and assistance in reaching broader audiences. For example, partnering with Hooded Horse has allowed us to localize the game into more languages, meaning we can reach more industrialists.

Why is Aquila Interactive working with Hooded Horse?

We are currently in the Alpha phase of Gilded Destiny's development, and there is still no release date decided for the full game. Please follow our social channels for any future updates around the release.

When will the Gilded Destiny “Alpha” release?

The Alpha will be exclusive to Kickstarter and Modian backers, who have already been contacted.

Will there be another Kickstarter Campaign?

At this time, there are no plans for another Kickstarter Campaign.

Is there another way to pledge or join the closed Alpha/Beta?

Not at this time, but we would love to have you join our community and be a part of the journey with us.

Yes! Gilded Destiny being moddable has always been part of the plan; we will have mod support from day 1. We value our community's creations and aim to accommodate as much as possible.
