Story

Defense Rework
Damage Reduction
Maximum Damage Reduction is now capped at 80% baseline.
Maximum Damage Reduction can be increased to a maximum of 96%.
Reduced the values of Damage Reduction on Affixes.
Almost every item with Damage Reduction has been adjusted.
Adjusted Barricade Keystone.
Dodge
Maximum Dodge is now 80% baseline.
Maximum Dodge is capped at 96%.
Reduced the values of Dodge on Affixes.
Almost every item with Dodge has been adjusted.
Adjusted Windrunner Keystone.
Glancing Hits
Dodge has very much been a live or die situation; and requires a secondary defense to even be viable. To help alleviate this issue, Glancing Hits have been added. When you fail to Dodge an attack, the attacker's attack roll will be unluckily rolled against your Dodge Chance. If your Dodge Chance now beats the new attacker unlucky roll, damage received will be halved as a glancing hit. This will apply before Damage Reduction.
Barrier
Barrier Regeneration
Base Barrier Regeneration is now 10%.
Maximum Barrier Regeneration is 100%.
Every 5 Intelligence grants 1% Barrier Regeneration.
Adjusted Weaveborn Keystone.
Combat
Enemies
All enemies now deal 30% less Damage.
All enemies have 30% more Constitution.
Mini Bosses
No longer guarantee a Rare Drop Table drop.
Can now be toggled on or off after getting the upgrade.
Eternal Battleground
Enemy scaling in each tier has been reduced significantly.
Buff Plates
They now trigger when you slide over them, like boost plates.
Effects have been reduced.
They can only activate once per round.
Miscellaneous
Text now pops a bit more during combat
Interslice
Urwood
Max Level Upgrade has been removed. This will be added back at a later point for Act 3.
Character who have purchased this upgrade will retain it.
Aetherflux
The cost of Skill Points has increased SIGNIFICANTLY
An in-game method has been added to help alleviate this.
Storage
Added Loadout Slots
You gain an additional loadout slot every 2 upgrades.
Panel
Added the Vanity Menu to replace the transmog menu,

Parrying Daggers
Parry
Now grants a flat +20% Dodge and -20% Damage Reduction.
Riposte
Now grants a flat +20% Dodge and -20% Damage Reduction.
Serrated Parry
Now grants a flat +20% Dodge and -20% Damage Reduction.
Swords
Stab
On kill, you have a 25% (Previously 100%) chance to launch a slicing wave towards the nearest enemy that has a 100% chance to Wound.
Vampiric Stab
On kill, you have a 25% (Previously 100%) chance to launch a slicing wave towards the nearest enemy that has a 100% chance to Wound.
Fury
On kill, you have a 25% (Previously 100%) chance to launch a slicing wave towards the nearest enemy that has a 100% chance to Wound.
Lance

While moving you gain a charge every 0.5 (previously 1) seconds up to 10 (Previously 5).
