addedNew Pop-up Alerts settings panel (Settings → Gameplay): individually toggle off routine alert pop-ups you don't want interrupting you — Contract Expiration, Clause Danger, Auto-Renewal Report, Rival Poach digest, and Bankruptcy Warning. Default is all-on; the underlying events still happen and stay visible in reports and the roster. NOTE: This is just the first batch of pop-ups, I'll add more over time and let me know if you have any requests!
addedNew Morale Alert block in the Commander's Notes (Front Desk): at-risk low-morale adventurers are listed with a Commander's read on the poach danger and what to do about it.
addedNew "Improvable only" gear filter shows only items with a free improvement slot.
addedGuild Trading material quantities can now be typed directly, not just dragged on a slider.
changedBalance
addedNew Custom Difficulty slider: Poaching Discontent — controls how strongly low morale exposes adventurers to poaching (set to 0 to disable the effect entirely).

Features

  • New Pop-up Alerts settings panel (Settings → Gameplay): individually toggle off routine alert pop-ups you don't want interrupting you — Contract Expiration, Clause Danger, Auto-Renewal Report, Rival Poach digest, and Bankruptcy Warning. Default is all-on; the underlying events still happen and stay visible in reports and the roster. NOTE: This is just the first batch of pop-ups, I'll add more over time and let me know if you have any requests!

  • New Morale Alert block in the Commander's Notes (Front Desk): at-risk low-morale adventurers are listed with a Commander's read on the poach danger and what to do about it.

Quality of Life

  • Equipment can be locked to its wearer so it's skipped by Strip All and Optimize Parties, while still returning to the guild normally if that adventurer dies or leaves.

  • Newly dropped loot and fresh crafts are flagged with a "!" indicator in the gear list so they're easy to find; the flag clears when you click the item.

  • New "Improvable only" gear filter shows only items with a free improvement slot.

  • Guild Trading material quantities can now be typed directly, not just dragged on a slider.

  • The Academy Graduation tab is now always visible (while the Academy is built), instead of vanishing after graduates are signed or released.

Balance

  • Low adventurer morale now makes that adventurer a more attractive target for rival poaching. Unhappy heroes are more likely to receive — and accept — offers from other guilds. Keep morale up to keep your roster.

  • New Custom Difficulty slider: Poaching Discontent — controls how strongly low morale exposes adventurers to poaching (set to 0 to disable the effect entirely).

  • Gear Vault capacity now exceeds on-character carrying capacity at every Armory tier. Vault slots are now 60 / 120 / 200 / 300 by Armory tier (up from 5 / 10 / 15 / 25).

Bug Fixes

  • Steam Cloud saves now actually upload. Cloud save was silently failing on every write; once Steam Cloud is enabled for the game, saves will sync. NOTE: This was a DOOZY and it's working for me, so let me know if everything is working as expected on your end.

  • New Game+ "Reborn" perk now actually keeps your squad's equipped gear, as the perk describes (previously all equipment was lost on transition).

  • New Game+ carryover wages are now recalculated after a perk transforms your veterans, so a Reborn squad no longer arrives with crippling end-game salaries on entry-level stats (this was making NG+ starts financially impossible).

  • Tower boss elemental intel now only reports weaknesses and strengths that real damage types can exploit — no more misleading hints about elements that don't affect the fight.

  • Trade proceeds (selling gear, contracts, or adventurers to rival guilds, accepting poach offers, and material trade proposals) now appear in the Guild → Treasury income breakdown instead of being uncategorized.

  • Adventurers who retire into a staff role now keep their full guild tenure: their join date is recorded, the transition is logged in their activity log, and years-in-guild no longer resets at retirement.

  • The "resolve your nemesis rivalry" certification condition is no longer offered before the Nemesis system is available — it now only appears at Tier 7+ where the Nemesis tab actually exists.

  • Lifetime earned renown now displays correctly on the Annual Report page (previously always showed 0).

  • Training program costs shown in the UI now reflect difficulty/NG+ cost multipliers, matching the gold actually deducted (no more "shows 25g, charges 50g").
