• Access may be unavailable during certain periods, such as updates or maintenance.

③ Complete your payment and click [Confirm] on the notification pop-up to claim your items.

• Items purchased from the Web Shop will be delivered to your in-game Mailbox.

• Please verify your account information before completing your purchase.

• You must log in with your linked in-game account to purchase items from the Web Shop

• Kingsroad Points will be accumulated immediately upon completion of purchase.

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase (provided the items have not been used)

• Payments made by minors using their own payment methods without the consent of a legal representative may be canceled.

• Item prices are displayed in the currency of the country where the account was first registered.

• Items purchased from the Web Shop will be delivered to the Mailbox of the linked account.
