Gallium changes
We have made a plan for the game and wanted to share with you all so that way you all can be informed about when the next update will be available!
What are we doing?
We decided to make this month of September, 2025, a month where we watch for any reviews or discussions regarding our game. We want to make sure that people enjoy the game while still keeping it challenging. When watching our reviews and discussions, we are looking for any information that may help improve the user experience.
After this month, we will be making another announcement about what we will be working on for the next update, as well as announcements periodically to keep you all informed about where we are on the update.
What Problems Were Found?
Before we made this announcement, we were still watching our discussions and reviews. Unfortunately, someone did not enjoy the experience and mentioned some problems with the game. After reviewing the problems they mentioned, we will work on it to try and improve it. Here is a list of different things that we need to work on for the next update.
Jumping does not feel responsive enough and causing some levels to feel like RNG
There are no actual sloped surfaces and instead are just flat flooring appearing to be slopes
We will be adding onto this list as we get more reviews and discussion about certain problems being found by our players.
Future Plans
We also have been thinking about what to do with the game after the main game is completed. We want to make sure that everyone can get a fresh experience and enjoy the game even after they complete the game. Here are a few ideas that we have thought about to add after we finish the main game.
Chaos Like Mode
We figured that having a mode that reuses the campaign levels would give a refreshing experience. This mode will be very challenging, with several different effects that changes how your ball, or even level works. While these effects will try to make you lose, you need to complete as many levels as possible without respawning. Thought about having this mode be great for streamers as well since we can make some form chat voting system so that the user's chat can be involved as well. This mode will still be setup for users that do not stream.
Multiplayer
During testing phase of this game, we have had many play testers mention that the game would be really fun to play with you friends in. This is a feature that we are skeptical about and are wanting our players to say if we should have that or not. Some possible modes for multiplayer would be finishing a level first, or knocking off other players off of platforms. If we were to add a multiplayer, there would be no ranked modes and will have the ability to create private lobbies to play against your friends.
Workshop Support
We really want to add a way for players to make levels, publish them on the workshop, and play levels that they subscribed to. This is a feature that we believe would keep the game refreshing for all players and with having an editor designed to be easy to use, players can make their own levels how they want it. If we make this feature, we thought about using it for any other modes as well. An example would be when you subscribe to a level on the workshop, you can play that level against your friends or even having people race each other in random levels from the workshop.
Summary
We hope that this announcement gives you information about future plans, as well as clarity about how we are handling this upcoming update.
