Quality of Life update!

After seeing people play the game on launch day there's been some feedback about helpful features, some bugs were discovered and some changes related to the economy. I hope these improve your ghost hunting experience!

changedThe Enemy battle effects will now pop out of the right side of the screen when they activate, much like your Modules
changedThe Inventory will now properly show the correct numbers on the Stat dice and the "Stat + X" text
changedThe dice in the inventory will now update when you equip a module which increases a Stat
changedChanged the Dice Effects button in the inventory from ? to a mix of Status Symbols
changedUpgraded dice now show in the blacksmith with their symbols

  • - The Enemy battle effects will now pop out of the right side of the screen when they activate, much like your Modules

  • - The Inventory will now properly show the correct numbers on the Stat dice and the "Stat + X" text

  • - The dice in the inventory will now update when you equip a module which increases a Stat

  • - Changed the Dice Effects button in the inventory from ? to a mix of Status Symbols

  • - Upgraded dice now show in the blacksmith with their symbols

  • - The Bonus Rolls 'Upgrading Rare/Uncommon dice is expensive' now sets the price of the dice to x3 it's cost instead of 99 and is affected by the Discount Card Module and the Bonus Roll that affects the price

  • - The cost to upgrade Dice has increased slightly

  • - The cost to purchase Dice and Modules now increase by floor. +1 Halls, +2 in the Attic. This doesn't affect the Dice's upgrade cost

  • - The cost to purchase a Potion now increases by +1 and +2, instead of +2 and +4 in the Halls and Attic

  • - Shop Dice will now be more likely to be uncommon and rare as you progress instead of the same rarity chances each floor

  • - Equipping the Discount Card Module whilst in the shop will now update the prices in the shop

  • - One Mimic face has been removed from the Chest Bonus Rolls and been replaced with a Broken Dice which means you get no dice

  • - Mimics once again give Modules for beating them

  • - Danger is no longer blocked by Status Immune since it's a buff like Dodge

  • - The Sick Counter Module now applies if the enemy hits your Shield

  • - Fixed a bug where buying the right Dice in the shop would deduct the price of the middle Dice from your total
