addedGreetings heroes!Today we’re introducing one of the new character classes that will be available in the full game: the Alchemist! As you can see, the Alchemist is mysterious and somewhat evil - like all cats. Don’t try to pet.
changedAttackThe Alchemist throws vials that create pools of poison when they explode. The attacks have the Poison damage type right from the start, and both stay on the ground and deal damage to enemies over time. However, the damage and attack speed aren’t very high. This makes the Alchemist a great addition to the party when dealing with hordes of smaller enemies. Upgrades such as Attack Size and Extra Projectiles can make the Alchemist’s attack cover a huge area, and if you manage to pick up some Poison Duration upgrades during a stage, she can be the perfect crowd-control character.
changedSpell and Weapon EvolutionAs a creature of pure malice (again, like all cats), the Alchemist is a specialist in sucking the soul out of her victims. That’s why her spell gives your entire party a boost to Lifesteal - perfect for getting out of sticky situations and making those nine lives stretch just a little longer. Her weapon evolution creates a bigger and more potent version of the Poison Vial attack, with three base attacks. It’s also pink.
addedUnlocking the AlchemistAs befits most felines, you’ll have to do some work to befriend the Alchemist. The class will only be available to recruit after completing a quest, and you’ll need to complete a second quest to unlock her weapon evolution (like with all other character classes). The Alchemist will only be available in the full version of the game in early April. Together with more stages, more content, and another new character - stay tuned!

Greetings heroes!
Today we’re introducing one of the new character classes that will be available in the full game: the Alchemist! As you can see, the Alchemist is mysterious and somewhat evil - like all cats. Don’t try to pet.
Attack
The Alchemist throws vials that create pools of poison when they explode.
Spell and Weapon Evolution
As a creature of pure malice (again, like all cats), the Alchemist is a specialist in sucking the soul out of her victims. That’s why her spell gives your entire party a boost to Lifesteal - perfect for getting out of sticky situations and making those nine lives stretch just a little longer. Her weapon evolution creates a bigger and more potent version of the Poison Vial attack, with three base attacks. It’s also pink.
Unlocking the Alchemist
As befits most felines, you’ll have to do some work to befriend the Alchemist. The class will only be available to recruit after completing a quest, and you’ll need to complete a second quest to unlock her weapon evolution (like with all other character classes). The Alchemist will only be available in the full version of the game in early April. Together with more stages, more content, and another new character - stay tuned!
