As we continue working toward the upcoming demo release of Frontier Legends, our team has been carefully reviewing all the feedback we’ve received from the community.
One area that stood out was the need to further refine our animations so we’ve gone back to the fundamentals, starting with weapon handling.

We are currently overhauling the reload animations across all firearm types to deliver a more immersive and authentic Wild West experience. Each weapon will feature its own unique animation set, both on the character and the weapon itself, ensuring every interaction feels grounded and distinct.

On the gameplay side, we’ve implemented Phase 1 of our Bounty System. Stealing items within towns will now increase your bounty locally, assigning a cash value to your capture. This creates dynamic consequences, as other players or even the town sheriff may attempt to collect that reward.
In addition, each town now features its own Reputation System. Your actions will directly influence how you are perceived:
A strong reputation can unlock better trade prices and access to unique items
A poor reputation may cause traders to refuse service or worse, alert the sheriff
These systems are designed to bring meaningful choice and consequence to every player’s journey across the frontier.
We’re very excited to share more about Frontier Legends in the coming weeks as we move closer to Early Access. Stay tuned for updates, and don’t forget to Wishlist the game and join our Discord to follow development.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
